Refund Policy

General Refund Policy
LearnVistix maintains a strict no-refund policy for all registration fees and training programs, except in cases where specific exceptions (as outlined below) are explicitly applicable. The registration fee of ₹1000 is non-refundable under all standard circumstances, as it initiates essential administrative and operational processes, including backend system allocation, mentor assignment, Learning Management System (LMS) configuration, and community onboarding.

Accordingly, once payment has been successfully processed, refund requests will not be considered under normal conditions.

1. Rationale Behind the No-Refund Policy

The development and management of LearnVistix’s learning ecosystem require substantial investment in human resources, technology infrastructure, and intellectual property. Upon successful payment, learners are either granted immediate access or are queued for the following services:

* Access to the Learning Management System (LMS) dashboard and course infrastructure
* Creation of a unique student profile and registration ID
* Allocation of domain-specific mentors and academic counselors
* Backend activation of certificate ID systems and project workflows
* Project setup and collaboration enablement with partner platforms such as Unstop and Internshala
* Access to question banks, examination systems, feedback portals, and onboarding materials

These processes involve system resource utilization, operational costs, and irreversible backend configurations. Therefore, once a registration is confirmed, the associated financial and administrative commitments cannot be reversed. As a result, the registration fee is strictly non-refundable, even if the learner chooses not to continue with the program.

2. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

* *Technical Issues:* Inability to access the program due to unresolved technical issues attributable to LearnVistix
* *Program Cancellation:* Full refund if a program is cancelled by LearnVistix prior to its commencement
* *Duplicate Payment:* Full refund in cases of accidental duplicate transactions

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

* After issuance of an offer letter
* After accessing more than 25% of the program content
* If program materials have been downloaded
* Once a certificate has been issued
* For enrollments made under promotional offers or discounts
* Change of mind or personal circumstances
* Violation of terms and conditions resulting in account suspension or termination

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund (applicable only in eligible cases), please follow the steps below:

* Include your full name, registered email address, and enrollment ID
* Clearly state the reason for your refund request
* Attach any relevant supporting documentation, if applicable

5. Refund Processing Timeline

* All refund requests will be reviewed within *5–7 business days*
* Applicants will be notified of the decision via email
* Approved refunds will be processed within *10–15 business days*
* Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
* Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and are beyond LearnVistix’s control

6. Partial Refunds

In rare and exceptional cases, LearnVistix may consider partial refunds at its sole discretion. Any such refund will be calculated on a prorated basis, taking into account the proportion of content accessed and the duration since enrollment.

7. Program Transfers

In lieu of a refund, learners may request to transfer their enrollment to another program of equal or lesser value. Such requests are subject to availability and must be submitted within *14 days* of the original enrollment date.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting the LearnVistix support team. All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in India.
